Booking is simple, just fill out the form or send the names and surnames of the participants to the email address together with a telephone number. Once the reservation has been received via email or WhatsApp, the reservation will be considered valid. In the case of multi-day excursions it will be necessary to book by paying the fee via PayPal with the link that will be provided after the booking request and confirmation of availability.
Cancellation policies
To protect and guarantee our guide work and the confirmation of scheduled excursions with the minimum number of participants, all experiences (daily or half-day) are subject to cancellation terms.
- Full refund (net of online payment portal service costs) with cancellation notice within 7 days from the date of the experience
- 50% refund of the cost of the excursion with cancellation notice within 5 days from the date of the experience
- No refunds with cancellation notice later than 3 days from the date of the experience
If the experience is canceled by us due to weather or failure to reach the minimum number of participants, the refund will be full.
